The long history of Tasker Arena was chronicled and detailed by the National Federation of State High School Associations' website Nov. 30, and tabbed as one of the most famous high school venues in the country (here is the link).
Often times it's easy forget what a gem Tasker Arena is. It only takes me a game or two on the road covering the Eagles in half or three-quarter empty gym to appreciate what a special place Tasker Arena is (also ranked one of the top place to watch a high school game by USA Today in 2004). The support Hobbs gives to its up-tempo, full-court pressing Eagles is tough to match when it comes to prep basketball in this country. Take pride in that Hobbs and don't let up.
